For verbatim coding projects we use the ascribe verbatim management system from Language Logic. This allows us to manage common code frames, both across languages and questions. This system allows us to turn projects round fast, and to develop and manage code frames quickly, thus providing a high quality efficient service, with an average turn-around time of three days from receipt of final data. Our team have experience of working on projects covering a wide range of products and sectors, and we endeavour to find coders with previous experience of the sector involved for every project. |

We take recordings of in-depth interviews and focus groups, preferably in mp3 or other digital formats, in many languages and return transcripts in English in the format required by the client. Using this service, our clients cut out a step and so can save time, money, and management overhead on projects, making the system more efficient and allowing more time for analysis of the results. |
